ICC MATCH OFFICIALS FOR NPOWER ASHES SERIES

The ICC has confirmed details of its international panel officials for the npower Ashes series, commencing with the Edgbaston Test match on 5th July. West Indian umpire Steve Bucknor will stand in the first two Tests at Edgbaston and Lord's, partnering home officials George Sharp and John Holder.

Srinivas Venkataraghavan, India, will take the following two games at Trent Bridge and Headingley, with John Hampshire and David Shepherd. The final match at the Oval will see South Africa's Rudi Koertzen standing with Peter Willey. Pakistan's Talat Ali will act as match referee for the npower Ashes series. Ends
