Harry
Alexander gained his nickname 'the bull' from his
impressive right - arm Fast bowling. He toured India
in 1935 - 1936 with Jack Ryder's Australian team,
however he didn't play in any of the Tests. He played
in his one and only Test match in the 5th Test match
at Sydney, the infamous Bodyline series (1932 / 33).
He was chosen as a counter measure to Harold Larwood,
Australia's hopeful answer. Unfortunately, although
incredibly fast, he never made his mark, taking only
1 wicket at a cost of 154 runs in the match.
